Learn how to meditate easily with these 5 steps

Learn how to meditate easily with these 5 steps

There are many people who say that they can't meditate because they get too nervous. That is why I wanted to create this article, so you can learn how to meditate easily in just 5 steps.

Why meditate when you can do yoga, tai chi, or other types of activities?

Because the benefits of meditation are unique, taking you to an inner world that is difficult to access with another practice.

What happens when you start meditating is that the mind puts on some resistance, because it is used to wanting to take control.. and meditation takes it over. And the moment you stop meditating, the mind says: “but…. why do I have to stay here without doing anything for I don't know how long?”

And of course, if we listen to the mind, the immediate response is: “I am not good at meditating”. And with this, the practice is over before it begins.

Do you want to learn how to meditate without being overwhelmed? Well, then you'll love this article, you just have to apply what I explain here. Let me know your experience!

5 steps to learn to meditate easily

Below I show you the 5 steps that you can apply if you want to learn to meditate easily. You can do them all at once, or progressively.

The important thing is that you have fun and do not take it as an obligation, the idea is that you are looking forward to that time of the day to meditate.

Step 1. Find the ideal environment to meditate

When you start meditating, the environment is very important, because at first the mind is not used to meditate and will look for all kinds of excuses to abandon the practice.

I started meditating many years ago, when I lived in a very small studio, which was more like a matchbox than anything else… but very cozy.

What I did is to create my meditation space in a corner of that mini space, putting a meditation cushion that I bought with much affection, a mini carpet and some images that inspired me of Jesus, Yogananda, Babaji and Lahiri Mahasaya.

I put a candle and also incense… and although the space was extremely small, I made it cozy enough to make me want to sit there and meditate.

Anyone who had seen me would have said I was facing the punishing wall, it really was a very small space, but for me it was ideal.

What is that space that is ideal for you where you live? Tailor it to your needs and treat it with care.

Step 2. Start with guided meditations

If you have no experience meditating, it's quite possible that sitting there meditating without any outside help will become too much of a chore. There is no need to start the house from the roof.

This is why, when you start, it is recommended that you use guided meditations, such as those you will find on my YouTube channel (in Spanish).

Every guided meditation is a world and you're not going to connect with the voice or style of everyone who creates meditations.

It's all about finding the meditations you like the most, and following the people who create them.

I, for example, love to meditate with the Insight Timer app, where you'll find meditations in many different languages, totally free.

Search for guided meditations that you feel like listening to in your free time.

Step 3. Introduce 5 to 15 minutes of mindfulness a day

Once you've had some experience sitting in meditation, it's time to take the next step, which is to practice mindfulness.

Mindfulness, or mindful presence, is an ancient practice with which to learn to be present in the here and now.

There are many mindfulness techniques, but the simplest is focusing on the breath, on how you inhale and exhale.

What happens when you practice mindfulness is that the mind goes to something else, so at first the frustration can be very great, because by the time you realize it, bye-bye breathing!

The secret here is to take it with humor and return again and again to the breath, without judging yourself.

Start with 5 minutes a day of mindfulness and build up to 15 minutes a day.

Step 4. Enjoy your regular spiritual practice

It's amazing how the human mind works. If we decide to do something on a regular basis and mark it on the calendar, the odds that we will do it increase dramatically.

However, if we simply say, “I'll get around to it,” 90% of the time we end up not doing it.

The reason is a matter of priorities. If you are scheduling, the mind understands that it is important. Otherwise, it is one more thing to add to the long list of habits that remain there, full of dust.

The ideal is to meditate first thing in the morning or last thing at night before going to sleep.

The reason is that before we go to sleep and also when we get up the brain emits alpha waves, which is when we are relaxed, which greatly facilitates meditation.

In my case, I get up at 5 am to first take Reiy, my beloved Labrador for a walk, and then have plenty of time to meditate, connect with the High Spheres of Light and channel.

But as long as you have a space of 15-20 minutes a day, it is enough. The important thing here is regularity.

Have a moment a day for yourself, to sit and meditate.

Step 5. Make it fun and entertaining

Find a way that makes meditating fun and enjoyable for you. Make it yours.

If, for example, you are a very orderly and methodical person who likes to know everything in advance, have a daily practice that is as similar as possible, so that there is no chaos in your life.

If, on the other hand, you are a person who gets bored easily, who is passionate about change, find out all types of meditation and try a different one every day.

Do it in a way that is encouraging for you, that makes you be looking forward to that time of the day where you will sit and meditate.

If you want to know how to make the experience enjoyable for you, bring your awareness to your heart zone and answer this question:

What does my meditation practice need to be, so that I can enjoy it?

Your opinion matters…

High Vibes: How to raise your spiritual vibration (fast!)

High Vibes: How to raise your spiritual vibration (fast!)

There is nothing more frustrating than to be going through a bad moment and someone telling you: you have to vibrate high, you create your reality!

As if you did not have enough with what you are going through, you have to feel guilty on top of it….

With the book of “The Secret” it was spread the idea that everything is reduced to think positive, self-deception … but it's not.

Because if all you needed to do to raise your vibration was to think positive, today you wouldn't have half the problems you have.

The reason is that reality is not only created by conscious thought, but also by the information that your unconscious emits to the quantum field.

And it is not enough to pretend that everything is fine, if it is not, because you cannot fool your unconscious.

What is the way to raise the spiritual vibration and vibrate high? I tell you in this article.

High Vibes: How to raise your spiritual vibration

Next, I want to share with you my best tips so you can raise your spiritual vibration, regardless of the circumstances in which you find yourself.

Think that you have probably been vibrating low for some time, so you have to be patient with yourself and give yourself time to implement the changes.

You will see that if you do not get discouraged, you will succeed.

I show you the step by step you need to follow to quickly raise your spiritual vibration.

Step 1. Accept your current reality

The worst thing you can do is to enter into resistance with what is, that is, to want things to be different than they are.And why is this the worst thing?

Because what you resist, persists, and the more you resist what is, the more you attract it into your life.

It doesn't matter if this reality was created by you, the collective unconscious, your cellular memory or your Guides to get you back on the path of your soul.

The only reality is that the current reality and the path you find yourself in is not to fight with it, but to accept it.

Accepting a situation does not mean resigning yourself to what it is.

It means recognizing that this is what it is and that the path is never one of struggle or resistance, but one of Love.

So, it starts with accepting reality as it presents itself.

Step 2. Look for the hidden blessing

Whatever is happening, it has to be happening…the proof is that it is happening. 😅

Believe it or not at times, we live in a benevolent Universe and, therefore, everything that happens is for the greater benefit of your soul and Oneness.

What happens is that many times the benefit of your soul is not the benefit of your mind, and here internal conflicts begin.

Ask yourself this question:

What is so wonderful about this that is happening?

Because if it is happening, it is for the expansion of your soul and of All there is, whereby if you change the focus, you will see that it changes the way you see whatever is happening.

Step 3. Choose courage as your path

In Dr. David Hawkins' Scale of Consciousness, we see that what separates the level of the mind from the level of the soul is courage.

And this is because surrendering to what is and choosing the path of the soul is not always easy.

In my experience, both with myself and with all my clients, choosing courage is the fastest way to raise the vibration, as from here it is easy to jump to the 350 level of acceptance.

How do you choose the path of courage?

Knowing that no matter what happens, you as a Being are greater than anything.

Because you are not your human identity, based on your history and your personality, you are an embodied Being of Light.

As the Being of Light that you are, in you there is the strength of the Warrior of Light, who grows in the face of difficulties from Love.

You just need to connect with your Power of Light and grow, because remember:

Courage is the fastest way to raise your vibration

Step 4. Trust in your Divine Power

You often forget it, but you are divinity incarnate. That which you call God or Universe, you are still you.

The problem is that you identify too much with your human identity, which is tied to your history, your personality, your beliefs….

And as your mind continually leads you to reinforce this identity, you become more and more trapped in this suffering.

But while it is true that the human experience feels and is lived as very real, it is also true that you are not only your human part….

You are a divine BEING having a human experience.

The secret here is to stop identifying so much with your human part, and do it more with your divine part, reconnecting with your Divine Power.

How do you do that?

Every time your mind takes you to pain, put your focus on Love.

Choose the path of Love, trusting that all that is happening is for the greater good, even though it may not seem so now.

Put your focus on what you want to manifest, and not on what has already manifested.

Trust your Divine Power, connect with your divinity and let go of your human identity.

Because you can only raise your vibration if you connect with your True Self and stop identifying so much with everything that generates discomfort.

Step 5. Ask for Heavenly Help

Sometimes, we identify so much with our human part, that the ego takes control and forgets about all the Forces of Light that accompany us.

I am honest with you, I could not have all that I have nor could I achieve all that I have achieved without Heavenly Help.

My ego would love to wear the medal of merit, but the reality is that if I were still clinging to my human identity, I would be in a very different place from where you see me today, both personally and professionally.

Therefore, you must not forget to ask for Heavenly Help.

Your angels, guides and Masters of Light can only help you if you ask them for help, otherwise they would be interfering in your free will.

Ask for Heavenly Help and do so by invoking it 3 times.

Why 3 times? Because of the Law of 3 Requests, a law that really works (proven!).

Because when you ask for something wholeheartedly, invoking the Forces of Light, if it is for your highest good and that of All there is, it happens.

I have verified this on multiple occasions!

So, don't forget that you are not only your human part, that you are divinity incarnated and that you have very powerful Forces of Light, who assist you whenever you ask them for help.

Trust your Guides. You are divinity incarnated.

In summary…

The biggest obstacle to raising your vibration is identifying with your ego and everything the mind tells you.

The reason is that the mind is programmed to put the focus on problems.

The fastest way to raise your vibration is to identify with your True Self, trusting in the Divine Forces that accompany and sustain you.

The way is to accept what is, trust the Forces of Light that sustain you and put the focus on the new reality you want to create.

And every time you see that you fall in vibration, do not punish yourself, it is normal, it happens to all of us.

Just realize what is happening, accept once again and choose the path of courage, asking for the Heavenly Help of your angels, Masters of Light and Guides.
